Services
Cause & Effect provides website design, development, and ongoing hosting/maintenance for a flat monthly fee of $150/month, subject to the scope agreed during onboarding. Turnaround times (including the "14 days" reference) are estimates and depend on timely delivery of content and feedback by the client.
Payment
The first $150 is collected at the time of booking. Recurring monthly billing begins at site launch. Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy below. You may cancel monthly service at any time with 30 days' written notice; upon cancellation, ongoing hosting and updates end.
Refund Policy
You may request a full refund of your initial $150 within 7 days of booking provided design work has not yet begun. After design work begins, fees paid for completed work are non-refundable.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, content, brand assets, and timely approvals. You represent that any content you provide does not infringe third-party rights.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the custom content and design delivered for your site. We retain rights to underlying templates, code libraries, and the right to display the work in our portfolio.

Statistics shown on this site (e.g., "3.2x avg. lead lift", "4.9/5 client rating") are based on aggregated past client data and self-reported feedback. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed. Portfolio examples reflect work completed for actual clients; we make no representation that you will achieve the same or similar results.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
